Florida Nephrology Associates (FNA) was founded in 1989 with the goal of creating a nephrology practice that is convenient, friendly, and most importantly treats all aspects of nephrology for the local community. 

 

FNA has been located in Titusville, FL since 1989, and was originally named Titusville Dialysis and Kidney Center. At FNA we strive to provide the highest quality nephrology care meeting the individual needs of our patients. We strongly believe medicine is a partnership between patient and physician and we value our patients playing an active role in their medical care. At FNA we employ a patient-first approach and create a tailor-made plan for each individual patient. Our facility includes an onsite hemodialysis center, and we offer home dialysis options as well.
